This hotel is definitley not worth the hype, especially considering my room had a disgusting smell and the sheets were never changed. The front desk wouldn't even refund my 'guarantee' charge when they messed it up, so unprofessional. I almost gave a good review, but that's just unacceptable for a stay like this.

The hotel entrance is virtually invisible from the street!!! Stained carpets throughout and flaking paint on the walls give a cheap impression!!! The bathroom fixtures need serious attention with loose components!!! They don't even provide proper glass coffee cups!!!

It's clean. The price doesn't match. It's very noisy.

The location was great and awesome, relatively close to a grand opera house. We had good value for money breakfasts with great value.

Amazing location just steps from the Duomo! The room was spacious with a walk-in shower, minibar, and hairdryer. I really appreciated the air conditioning and soundproofing. Service was great, with helpful staff. Definitely enjoyed the heated bathroom amenities, especially the bathrobe and slippers.

Generously spacious accomodation beyond expectation. Squeaky-clean and soundproof. Location second to none.

It was the most centrally located hotel I have ever stayed. The stuff very friendly. They gave us the huge and luxury suite to stay while we had booked just a deluxe room. But since there was a free suite they gave it to us. Really amazing!!!

There is no restaurant in this hotel. Its a new style of hotel. They bring anything to your room. I liked it. Just in front of Duomo but yet soooo quite inside.

Internet was for extra money, and rather expensive, but not very good. Staff really didn't care your problems, only pretend they care. Cleaning of the room was not very good. There were two of us in the room, but the bathrobe was only one as well as other things like shampoo and so on, although we had superior room. I can say that they charge to much for the service that they in reality cant't propose to their guests.

The room was excellent (I stayed in 1 bedroom with living room). Location was the best you can have there (it's in the centre of city, walking distance to popular places)

The location really stands out, as it's just a short walk from the major attractions. The front desk staff was notably helpful, providing personalized tips for breakfast spots, made my mornings special. My room featured a lovely city view.

The street noise at night was a bit disruptive to sleep.

Very convenience and just near to subway. Very clean bathroom and new room declaration.

Room rate is not include breakfast, and breakfast charge very expensive. Euro15 per person just for a breakfast set.

It is realy friendly and helfull staff , we felt like our home . The room is very nice white colur and clean. Hotel is in the heart of Milan that you can easly reach every place (shopping, historical area, restaurant, Metro ,...)
